Experience

My experience spans a variety of roles within outpatient therapeutic services. In addition to providing outpatient therapy for individuals, groups, families and couples, I have served on emergency mental health response teams, assessment teams, as well as individual & group DBT teams. I also contributed to Michigan Prevents Prodromal Progression research project by providing mental health therapy to individuals with early onset psychosis.

I have specialized training in treatment methods, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, DBT, CBT, and EFT.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, client centered, emotion focused, strength based and evidence based.
