Experience
My experience spans a variety of roles within outpatient therapeutic services. In addition to providing outpatient therapy for individuals, groups, families and couples, I have served on emergency mental health response teams, assessment teams, as well as individual & group DBT teams. I contributed to Michigan Prevents Prodromal Progression research project by providing mental health therapy to individuals with early onset psychosis.
I have specialized training in treatment methods, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, DBT, CBT, and EFT.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, client centered, trauma informed, emotion focused, strength based and evidence based.
